Key Responsibilities:

1. Calendar management:
a. Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the director.
b. Prioritize and resolve scheduling conflicts.
c. Ensure the director is prepared for all engagements with necessary materials and information.

2. Travel arrangements:
a. Coordinate and book travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
b. Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel documents are in order.

3. Team follow-up:
a. Track and follow up on project deadlines and deliverables with team members.
b. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
c. Assist in coordinating team activities and events.

4. Support to CEO:
a. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communication.
b. Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
c. Assist with the director's personal tasks as required to ensure their professional and personal schedule is efficiently managed.
