Key Responsibilities:

1. Interact with prospective students or parents to understand their educational needs and provide personalized guidance on educational programs and services
2. Manage leads through CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups
3. Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively communicating value and building and maintaining relationships with prospective students
4. Achieve sales targets and performance metrics and maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational offerings and industry trends
5. Assist with administrative tasks related to enrollment
6. Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams for student support

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,70,000 - 3,00,000 /year
