About the job

The 'B2B Marketing Executive' will play a crucial role in developing and executing email marketing campaigns and managing our LinkedIn presence. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker who can effectively communicate our brand's message and engage with our target audience. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on content creation, and audience segmentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage existing clients, and promote our services/products.
2. Create compelling and persuasive email copy that drives conversions and aligns with our brand voice.
3. Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence by crafting and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
4. Segment and analyze email lists to ensure targeted and relevant communication to different audience segments.
5. Collaborate with the internal teams to align email and LinkedIn strategies.
6. Track and report on the performance of email campaigns and LinkedIn posts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, LinkedIn, and B2B marketing.

Other requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on email marketing and LinkedIn management. Experience with Corporate CSR and NGOs will be preferred.

- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.

- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailmodo), CRM (Zoho, Leadsquared), and LinkedIn.

- Experience with audience segmentation and data analysis.

- Ability to structure and present information clearly and effectively.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
