1. Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments while ensuring effective time management.
2. Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
3. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all communications.
4. Handle travel arrangements and itineraries, including accommodations and transportation logistics.
5. Assist in the preparation of executive correspondence, including emails, memos, and other communications.
6. Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making processes.
7. Maintain and organize files and documents, ensuring easy access to critical information.
8. Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
9. Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.Other administrative duties as assigned.
