1. Proven experience as an Personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is needed

3. Exceptional organizational and time management skills are needed.
4. Proficiency in business analytical tools/software, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools is needed.
5. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality is needed.
6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity is required.
7. Experience in project management is a plus.
8. Previous experience in handling travel arrangements and event coordination is advantageous.
9. Fluency in English is a must.
10. The ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload is required.
