2. Identify potential brands and develop strategic partnerships with them
3. Maintain a robust sales pipeline, regularly reviewing and converting qualified leads into successful reward campaigns
4. Cultivate professional relationships with clients, ensuring continuous sales growth and penetration into each account by engaging with various stakeholders
5. Meet sales targets by following the sales process diligently, taking ownership of accounts, and achieving allotted sales goals
6. Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns smoothly, coordinating campaign setup, documentation, and support to ensure a seamless sales cycle.
7. Monitor market competition and gather market insights to identify business opportunities
8. Track campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients/brands
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1-3 years of hardcore B2B sales experience
2. Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to research and identify potential partner brands
4. Ability to handle long sales cycles with enthusiasm and determination
5. Basic understanding of the online/e-commerce and brands
