Role: Executive/Senior Executive - Telesales
Qualification: B.Tech & MBA
Location: Noida
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Inside Sales
Working Days: Monday - Friday (Last Saturday of every month as well)
Shift Timing: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Interview Round: Face-to-Face
Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services
2. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
3. Understand customer needs and requirements
4. Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets
6. Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends
