1. Manage both pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation processes.
2. Post shipping documents under Letters of Credit (L/C) and Purchase Orders.
3. Ensure order fulfillment by overseeing the entire order cycle, from customer requests to material delivery.
4. Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive communication on product availability and order status.
5. Oversee and prioritize the processing of export orders and related documentation.
6. Draft and prepare Letters of Credit (LC) and other export-related documents.
7. Handle communication with customers regarding new inquiries and LC amendments.
8. Manage export documentation, track shipment movements, and resolve any bottlenecks in a timely manner.
9. File bills of entry, shipping bills, and duty drawback electronically.
10. Coordinate and follow up with Customs House Agents (CHA).
11. Conduct independent email correspondence with overseas suppliers.
12. Proficiently use the internet, Microsoft Outlook, and MS Office tools.
13. Fluent in English with strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.
