Key Responsibilities:
1. Create innovative and trend-setting designs for our fashion collections.
2. Collaborate with the design team to develop cohesive and marketable collections.
3. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on current trends and consumer preferences.
4. Prepare detailed tech packs and specifications for production.
5. Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure quality and timely production.
6. Assist with fittings and make necessary adjustments to designs.
7. Participate in photoshoots and promotional events to showcase our designs.
