About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee and drive sales activities with a primary focus on LED TVs, large and small appliances
2. Manage sales across all channels, including Modern Retail, General Trade (GT) Sales, and Wholesale
3. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and expand market reach
4. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with business goals
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed
7. Report on sales performance, provide insights and recommend improvements

Requirements:

1. Proven track record in sales, specifically with TV panels, white goods, and large appliances
2. Strong leadership and team management skills
3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
4. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
