About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer interaction & sales support
Visit customers at the doorstep, explain offers, and deliver effective 2-wheeler product presentations & sales pitches, addressing customer queries.
2. Finance guidance & product presentation
Offer finance guidance, do loan eligibility checks to buy 2-wheeler
3. Lead coordination & test drive management
Collaborate with the central call center and dealerships to manage and execute scheduled Test Drives efficiently, best pricing, and expedite 2-wheeler vehicle delivery
4. Maximizing lead to sales conversions
Optimize loan eligibility checks and test drive schedules, minimize cancellations, and report daily activities while tracking lead-to-sale conversions to boost productivity.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore

Other requirements

● Must be a local resident with a good understanding of city routes.

● Proven experience in auto (2W) financing or auto (2W) sales is preferred.

● Candidates from OTO Capital, L&T Finance, IDFC First 2 wheeler finance, Bajaj finance, TVS Credit, HDB Finance are preferred.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

● Ability to deliver finance product/sales pitches to customers with confidence.

● High level of professionalism and integrity.

● Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

● Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. Saturday and Sunday are compulsory working days.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year
