We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential retailers, and wholesalers, nurturing relationships, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
1. Build relationships with prospective clients
2. Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
3. Manage sales pipeline
4. Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
5. Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
2. Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the Food
Manufacturing industry or FMCG sector
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
5. Strong organizational and time management abilities
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
8. Willingness to travel as needed
9. Working schedule: Monday to Saturday, 09:30 am to 6:30 pm
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,20,000 - 2,40,000 /year
