About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate professionals to achieve revenue targets
2. Conduct regular team meetings/trainings, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed
3. Monitor team performance through KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives
4. Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets or project milestones
5. Collaborate with senior management to create and implement sales/project management plans and marketing strategies
6. Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
7. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing top-notch customer service and addressing any issues promptly
8. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
9. Identify training needs within the team and organize relevant workshops or training sessions
10. Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales figures, project status, and other key metrics to senior management
11. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize team performance

Skill(s) required

Client Relationship Sales Time Management

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

2. 2+ years of experience in primary real estate sales, with at least 1+ years in a leadership role

3. Strong knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and regulatory environment

4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or project deadlines

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

6. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools

7. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
