1. Experience: 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction, real estate, or related industries
2. Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction landscape in Trivandrum
3. Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with expertise in prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals
4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively present ideas and solutions to clients
5. Relationship Building: Ability to quickly establish rapport and build lasting relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing business and client satisfaction
6. Self-Motivation: Highly driven, with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative without needing constant supervision
7. Team Collaboration: Strong team player, able to work well with others, contribute to team goals and collaborate with different departments, such as marketing and operations
