Field Sales Manager Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly via phone, email, or chat.
2. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information through effective communication methods
4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
5. Handle complaints with finesse, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives, and ensuring timely follow-up for resolution
6. Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
7. Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
