About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage, nurture and grow business from financial distributors across financial products.
2. Achieve sales targets from financial distributors/partners assigned.
3. Achieve targets across wealth management (mutual funds, FD's, bonds) and insurance.
4. Work aggressively towards getting a partner's existing AUM merged.
5. Grow market share from the assigned partners.
6. Conduct training, motivate and help partners in growing their business.
7. Define & follow the sales process towards calling, meetings and partner conferences.
8. Good communication & interpersonal skills is a must.
9. Understanding of financial products is necessary for the candidate.
10. Candidates with existing relationships with financial distributors and insurance agents will be preferred.

5. Likes to interact with people through telephonic/digital means

6. Willing to work in a performance-oriented organization
