About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Calling leads in CRM: Engage with international leads stored in the CRM system, conducting follow-up calls and communications to assist in converting them into clients.
2. Research and lead gathering: Perform research to find new platforms, strategies, and opportunities for gathering leads, expanding our potential client base.
3. Client interaction: Maintain high levels of communication with potential clients, addressing inquiries, providing relevant information, and ensuring a positive client experience.
4. Administrative support: Handle administrative tasks such as updating CRM systems, managing lead records, and ensuring smooth documentation processes.
5. Data management: Organize, track, and analyze lead data using MS Excel and other spreadsheet tools, ensuring efficient follow-ups and performance tracking.
6. Adaptability and problem-solving: Address any issues or inquiries in a timely and effective manner to provide seamless client support.
7. Administrative support: Perform administrative duties such as CRM updates, managing lead records, and handling documentation.
8. Data handling: Utilize MS Excel and spreadsheet tools to organize, track, and analyze lead data for effective follow-ups and performance tracking.
9. Problem-solving: Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, adapting to various situations and providing seamless support.
