About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative support: Manage the founder's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones. Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for business trips and events.
2. Communication management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Founder. Draft and respond to emails, calls, and messages professionally and efficiently. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
3. Meeting coordination: Prepare agendas, organize meetings, and take detailed notes. Ensure follow-up actions are executed, deadlines are met, and progress is reported back to the founder.
4. Project management: Assist with special projects, research, and key initiatives. Track progress on strategic goals, identify risks or roadblocks, and work with the relevant teams to resolve them. Help ensure timely execution of key business priorities.
5. Stakeholder management: Interface with key stakeholders, including investors, board members, clients, and vendors. Coordinate communication and manage relationships, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness.
6. Strategic planning support: Collaborate with the Founder on business planning, presentations, and high-level decision-making. Support in the development of company goals, KPIs, and long-term strategies.
7. Operational efficiency: Implement processes and tools to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflow for the Founder and leadership team. Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
8. Event coordination: Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and executive offsites, handling logistics, vendor communication, and event execution.
9. Document management: Organize and maintain documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure the Founder has all necessary materials in advance of meetings and presentations.
10. Research & analysis: Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities. Prepare executive summaries and reports for the founder.
