Administration Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle correspondence on behalf of the director, ensuring timely response to emails and other communications
2. Prepare reports and other documents
3. Execute and coordinate director's personal and to-do list items
4. Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation
5. Accurately record minutes of meetings
6. Follow up on order status with suppliers
7. Follow up on payments with customers
8. Invite quotes for new purchases
9. Negotiate with vendors
