3. Previous experience working with children or pre-teens in an educational setting, either as a tutor, mentor, or teaching assistant, is highly desirable.
4. Basic proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Canva) and willingness to learn basic video editing skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, taking direction from lead educators while also contributing ideas and feedback.
7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities, with a willingness to assist in various tasks as needed.
