About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-sales activities :
- Give a pre-sales technical demo & a standard presentation to the customer showing the capability of PTC Creo/other software.
- Have one-to-one interaction with the customer and capture their requirement according to their work profile and then deliver a customized technical demo showing how PTC Creo / other software can help them in their design work.
- Technical help to sales executives to close the sales deals

2. Post-sales activities :
- Configuration/installation of Creo/other software at the customer end
- Providing training at customer premises according to the requirement of the customer.
- Provide technical solutions for the queries raised by the customer ( at customer premises or through remote control )
- Regularly visit all customers & maintain a good relationship with customers.

3. Other responsibilities: pre-sales/post-sales & services activities for PTC products (Creo parametric, etc).

1. Qualification: BE/B.Tech in mechanical/automobile/production

2. Freshers are welcome for this role.

3. Good communication skills.

4. Readiness to learn new technologies/solutions in design.

5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

6. Willingness to travel.

7. Candidate should have Knowledge of PTC Creo Parametric or any other 3D CAD software.

8. Knowledge of any CAE software like ANSYS etc will be an added advantage.
