Key responsibilities:

1. Checking denials from EOBs, ERAs by calling the insurance companies.
2. Calling the insurance companies for the specification of denials.
3. Reprocessing the claim over the phone or reopening the claims on the online portals
4. Following HIPAA guidelines when accessing and sharing patient information.
