Associate Business Analyst Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with senior BAs to understand the project scope and objectives
2. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns that support decision-making
3. Document existing business processes and workflows
4. Assist in the development of new processes to improve efficiency
5. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including project managers, developers, and clients
6. Prepare meeting minutes, follow up on action items, and ensure all parties are informed
7. Continuously learn about industry standards, best practices, and tools used in business analysis
8. Seek feedback and mentorship from senior BAs to develop skills and knowledge
9. Assist in project management tasks such as tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables
10. Help with risk identification and mitigation strategies
11. Maintain project documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and accessible
12. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate project status and findings
