We seek a highly skilled and motivated content writer with freshers for our team and design, develop and deliver various types of content and learning solutions. As a Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring creation, curation, design development and enhancing content scripts, multimedia strategies, templates, guidelines, etc. as per requirement.
Key responsibilities:
1. Define and document learning objectives.
2. Design curriculum & content strategies.
3. Ensuring content matches established objectives.
4. Reshaping content for changing needs.
5. Structuring content and activities for optimizing learning.
6. Developing entire courses and curriculum.
7. Creating student guides and training manuals.
8. Conduct research and collaborate with subject experts.
9. Create instructional material: courses, curriculum, student guides/training manuals, facilitator guides, learning aids, etc.
10. Design content to optimize learning.
11. Generate the layout of the learning supports.
12. Create visual, audio, and interactive learning tools.
1. Graduate or postgraduate in business, psychology, communication, english or a related field.
2. Exposure to experiential learning theories and its implementation.
3. Current trends and developments in the area of knowledge of effective learning and development methods, Proficient in MS Office and authoring tools.
4. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices, Knowledge and experience in creating gamified learning is a plus.
5. English communication skills required.
6. Communication, collaboration and negotiation skills to work effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
7. Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
8. Understanding of accessibility and universal design principles.
9. Good with MS Office, Powerpoint, Word.
