We are seeking motivated and dynamic freshers to join our team as Associate Oracle Functional Consultants, specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Finance. This role is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in Oracle ERP consulting, specifically focusing on Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud applications. Whether your interest lies in SCM or Finance, you will receive exposure to work with one of the largest FINTECH and Manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learn and assist in the implementation and support of Oracle SCM and Finance modules, including inventory management, order management, general ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).
2. Understand core SCM and financial processes, such as procurement, inventory control, supplier management, Manufacturing, Planning, Sourcing, and Order Management.
3. Work alongside senior consultants to gather and analyze client business requirements, and help in configuring Oracle modules to meet those needs.
4. Participate in setup, customization, and testing of Oracle applications to ensure smooth implementations for SCM and Finance.
5. Support activities related to data migration, integration, and testing for both SCM and finance modules.
6. Document functional requirements, and configurations, and create user guides and training materials.
7. Adopt best practices for implementing and supporting Oracle ERP solutions in SCM and Finance.
8. Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Desired Skills:
1. Basic understanding of supply chain concepts (e.g., procurement, inventory, logistics) and accounting principles (e.g., financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable).
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
3. Eager to learn new technologies and gain experience in ERP systems, specifically Oracle EBS and Fusion.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with senior team members and clients.
5. Familiarity with any ERP or finance systems would be an added advantage (not mandatory).
6. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Faridabad, Delhi, Gurgaon, Indore, Pune, Sonipat, Rewari, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Panipat and neighboring cities
Other requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, finance, accounting, business administration, information technology, or related fields.
- B.Tech/M.Tech, Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA) / Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) / Master of Commerce (M.Com).
- MBA in Finance or Supply Chain Management.
Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 6,50,000 /year
