Associate UI/UX Designer Fresher Job

As an Associate UI/UX Designer, you will support the design team in creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital products. You will work closely with senior designers, product managers, and developers to turn ideas into compelling user interfaces and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in Design Development: Collaborate with senior designers to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with project requirements and user needs
2. Conduct User Research: Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions
3. Create Visual Designs: Develop visually appealing and cohesive UI designs, adhering to brand guidelines and design principles
4. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs
5. Maintain Design Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed design specifications, style guides, and documentation to ensure consistency across projects
6. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and contribute fresh ideas
7. Graphic Creation: Create/Design visuals using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc required for eye catching designs
8. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and other relevant software
9. Knowledge: Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
10. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design ideas effectively
