As a 'Business Consultant', you are responsible for understanding the alumni ecosystems, their challenges, and the possibilities of strengthing the network and helping them adapt the best solutions in alumni relations, built by AlmaShines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential educational institutions as target clients.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including administrators, directors, and alumni coordinators, within educational institutions.
3. Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand the unique challenges and goals of each institution and tailor presentations accordingly.
4. Present and demonstrate our alumni management solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and ROI.
5. Collaborate closely with teams to develop custom solutions that address the specific needs of each client.
6. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on best practices for alumni engagement and relationship management.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies related to alumni management.

Other requirements

a. Bachelors/Masters degree.

b. Proven track record of success in consultative sales, preferably in the education or technology sector.

c. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

d. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels of an organization.

e. Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.

f. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹30,000 - 35,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 6,34,200 - 7,20,200 /year
