Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategies to attract, acquire, and onboard new clients.
2. Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
3. Proactively manage client relationships, fostering open communication and building trust.
4. Contact clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for continued engagement.
5. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
6. Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance service offerings.
7. Develop and implement strategies to retain top clients and drive repeat business and referrals.
