Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Creating, maintaining, and growing new business partnerships.
2. Preparing and executing marketing strategies and generating enough leads for sales targets.
3. Maintaining existing partner network and grow.
4. Managing end-to-end sales operations.
5. Aligning/Meeting with the prospects and prepare quotations/negotiations.
6. Performing B2B and B2C sales to meet revenue targets.
7. Processing leads on timely basis with the sales cycle and managing it on the CRM.
8. Performing supporting activities for business development (marketing material
creation, handling paid advertisement campaign, etc.).
9. Reporting to the seniors and the management on time.
10. Performing legitimate sales that generate required revenue to meet the given monthly targets.
