Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the founders on day-to-day business strategies and long-term planning
2. Identify growth opportunities, streamline processes, and support in scaling operations
3. Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions, identify new opportunities in the sports industry, and drive business expansion
4. Assist in the planning and execution of sports-entertainment events, including our flagship event Ballie
5. Manage end-to-end event logistics, from vendor coordination to on-site management, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality experiences
6. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure events align with the brand's goals and provide an exceptional experience for attendees
7. Build and maintain relationships with brands, sponsors, and influencers
8. Support the development of strategic partnerships that align with our mission and drive mutual growth
9. Collaborate with partners to create value-driven opportunities for both the brand and the athletes we support
10. Assist in fundraising initiatives for athletes, helping coordinate with donors and sponsors
11. Develop compelling narratives that highlight athlete journeys and impact, driving engagement and support for our philanthropic efforts
12. Support the execution of our philanthropy strategy, ensuring smooth transactions between donors, Ballers, and athletes
13. Handle diverse operational tasks as they arise, from creating presentations for investors to troubleshooting on-the-ground challenges
14. Help refine internal processes to enhance efficiency and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
15. Be a problem-solver, ready to jump in and tackle any challenge that comes your way
