We're seeking energetic individuals with 0-1 years of experience to join us as business development trainees. Your role is crucial in establishing our market position by locating, developing, negotiating, and closing business relationships nationwide.
Key responsibilities:
1. Prospect for new clients, converting leads into business opportunities
2. Conduct strategic cold calls within your market to ensure a strong pipeline
3. Identify key decision-makers, building and maintaining client relationships
4. Research and cultivate relationships with potential clients
5. Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to boost sales
6. Utilize market knowledge to develop unique selling propositions
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to fulfill prerequisites
8. Conduct business development training and mentor internal staff
Note: Working Days & Timings:
1. Monday to Saturday (6 days)
2. 10 am to 7 pm
3. Sunday (Fixed week off)
