As a 'Business Development Associate' at Login Realty, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for our commercial real estate projects. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in corporate business development, especially those with experience in the hospitality sector, three to five-star hotels, or a background in journalism and mass communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the hospitality industry, particularly three to five-star hotels, to promote our commercial real estate services.
2. Relationship building: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, investors, and stakeholders.
3. Market research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.
4. Proposal development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients and investors.
5. Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your network and represent the company.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure smooth deal execution.
7. Sales reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipelines using CRM software.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of one year of experience in corporate business development.
2. Preferred: Background in the hospitality industry, preferably with three to five-star hotel experience.
