Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and nurture leads through various channels
2. Conduct research to understand potential customer needs
3. Communicate effectively with leads via phone, email, etc.
4. Build and maintain relationships with prospects
5. Collaborate with the sales team on strategies
6. Meet and exceed sales targets
7. Provide feedback to the marketing team

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Sales or business development experience preferred
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
5. Ability to work independently and in a team
6. Proficiency in English & Hindi, or English & Malayalam
7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
