Business Development Associate Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedin, Fundoodata, and Google search and from offline networks of the decision makers of events from the founders and Marketing departments of companies in the business of E-commerce, D2C Brands, Community Building brands, Travel Brands, real estate, restaurants, etc.
2. Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization.
3. Preparing for meetings via structured research about target clients.
4. Having effective sales meetings in order to understand the events ecosystem of the client
5. Position Be Rolling Media as the best choice for the client
6. Generate requirements for events from the client
7. Follow-ups with Clients & Ensuring Meetings with them
8. Follow up with all the leads
9. Calling Up All inquiries & Understanding their choice whether they fit or not
10. Getting Leads on Meetings
11. Understanding the Industry & Updating with requirements
12. Manage leads from Social Media & Offline networks
13. Set Appointments with Enquiries
14. Create presentations based on the client's requirements
15. Coordinate with the operations team to generate proposals
16. and pre-event P&L
17. Negotiate win-win deals
18. Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
19. Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
20. Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of the event
