What We Offer:
1. Incentives: Earn 10% of the company's 1% revenue from property sales.
Example: 2 Cr property value
Company Revenue: 2 Lacs(1% of 2 Cr)
Candidate Incentive: 20k direct incentive(10% of 2 Lacs)

2. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
6. Eager to take initiative and lead a team after 3 months.
