Key responsibilities:

1. Own the entire onboarding process: Identify funnels, develop 1v1 relations, and onboard technicians to the platform
2. Handle the day-to-day activities of the onboarded professionals
3. Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications to the onboarded professionals
4. Maintain the database using your organizational skills to streamline processes and clean up the data

Other requirements

10. Excellent written, verbal communication skills, analytical skills, problem-solving skills and good knowledge on Google sheets/excel

11. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

12. Fluent in Gujarati/Hindi and English

13. Based out of Vadodara/Surat, Gujarat or willing to relocate

14. Proficient in SQL with the ability to write complex queries for data extraction and analysis with proven experience as a data analyst will be a plus (preferred but not mandatory)

15. Aligned for doing on-field work as per business requirement

16. Data and operation oriented methodology for partner escalations resolution

17. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field or pursuing (BBA/MBA/B.Tech preferred)

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 /year
