About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Drive sales growth: As a Business Development Associate at PathoGenie, your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. You will utilize Data Analysis and sales and marketing strategies to effectively promote our innovative products and services to potential clients.
2. Develop marketing strategies: You will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with PathoGenie's goals and objectives. By leveraging your knowledge of content marketing, you will create engaging and impactful campaigns to generate brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
3. Conduct business analysis: Utilizing your business analysis skills, you will closely monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Based on your findings, you will provide insightful reports and recommendations to the management team, enabling informed decision-making and driving overall business success.
4. Build and maintain client relationships: Building strong relationships with key clients is essential to our success. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships and actively seeking new partnership opportunities. By understanding and addressing their needs effectively, you will ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: As a team player, you will collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution. Your ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with these teams will be crucial in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
