About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
3. Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
5. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
8. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
9. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
10. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company's products/services.

7. Proficiency in MS Office.

8. Willingness to travel as needed.

9. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada are a must.
