Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
2. Responsible for student admission and achieving their targets
3. Understand customer needs/requirements and pitch a suitable program
4. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
5. Counseling and interacting with students and parents
6. Support students in their selection of courses, the application process, and meeting application deadlines
7. Assist students in obtaining the necessary documentation needed for the application process
8. Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process, or other procedures
9. Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants

Requirements:

1. Ability to empathize with students and parents, thus able to build relationships through conversations
2. Strong inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment
3. Proven expertise in converting leads into a sale
4. Experience working with CRM
5. Fluency in English and Hindi languages is a must-have
6. Strong listening and presentation skills
