Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the hospitality industry through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities
2. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers
4. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
5. Pitch the product, and prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
6. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and profitability
7. Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitors

Requirements:

1. Proven track record in sales/business development, Freshers are also welcomed with a passion for sales
2. Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends, challenges, and opportunities
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
5. Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or relevant field (preferred)
6. Willingness to travel as needed
