Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiate telephonic conversations with candidates interested in Outscal's programs.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
3. Identify and assess customer needs to provide customized and effective solutions.
4. Coordinate pre- and post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

1. Someone with prior internship or full-time sales experience is an added advantage.

2. The candidate should be street-smart with strong sales and interpersonal skills.
