We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of sales process. This role offers an opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals.
We currently have an opening for an BDE in our Mumbai Office (Dombivili). Smartscale House Design offers a hybrid working model in Mumbai- 2 days in the office, 4 days working from home. Our work hours are Monday- Saturday, 10 AM - 7 PM. No weekend work hours.
Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Call new leads
2. Get requirements from the lead
3. Filter leads based on initial conversation
4. Build relationships with prospective clients
5. Manage sales pipeline
6. Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Required skill set
1. Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Should be good in English, Hindi and Marathi
4. Experience in project management and/or sales
5. High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
