About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and research new business opportunities in target markets to expand the company's client base.
2. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by networking, cold calling, using referrals, attending industry events, and other lead generation strategies.
3. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of the company's products or services.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to develop effective strategies for addressing client needs and closing deals.
6. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
8. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
9. Participate in regular sales meetings, providing updates on business development activities and pipeline status.
10. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client meetings, proposals, and closed deals, using a CRM system.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, MBA freshers, BTech, or any related field.

2. Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the relevant industry.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

4. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

6. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

7. Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitor landscape is a plus.

Salary
Duration: 15 days
Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 35,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
