1. Engaging with Donors: Reach out to existing users who have previously donated and expressed interest in recent fundraisers, specifically targeting those who have dropped off from the donation process.
2. Product Knowledge: Inform potential and existing donors about Ketto's offerings and answer any questions they may have.
3. Understanding Needs: Ask insightful questions to assess donor requirements and effectively close sales.
4. Database Management: Accurately enter and update donor information in our database to maintain up-to-date records.
5. Persuasive Sales: Actively encourage donors to contribute to specific fundraisers, using persuasive communication to motivate their donations.
