As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth of MyOperator by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our customer base. Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new business opportunities
2. Reach out to prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce MyOperator's services and solutions
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions to meet their requirements
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition
5. Actively participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets
6. Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM software
7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities
8. Continuously learn and develop sales skills through training sessions and on-the-job experience
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a customer-focused approach.
4. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and business development
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
6. Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM software is preferred
7. Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in sales or business development will be an advantage but not mandatory
