Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a sales plan and ensure the achievement of company sales targets and profitability
2. Generate new leads and identify opportunities
3. Understand clients exact requirements through calls, e-mails
4. Maintain the highest standards of administration in accordance with the agreed sales process, ensuring that the crm systems are accurately updated
5. Provide timely feedback to the business head, regarding performance, sales activity reports and account strategy concerns
6. Prepare proposals
7. Generate new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations

Requirements:

1. Candidate should be good at collaboration, communication oral & written
2. Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
3. Experience in sales
4. Knowledge of productivity tools and software
5. High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision-making
6. Candidate should be ready to work in Asia Pacific/US Shift/Middle East & Europe
