About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Must have good hands-on experience in field sales team handling
2. Handling 1-2 branches
3. Managing a team of 15 - 25 people
4. Ensuring admission, no of orchid branches
5. Taking care of all BTL activities
6. Setting ties up with preschool & tutors
7. Analyze marketing needs and opportunities
8. Develop field marketing plans
9. Coordinate marketing and sales teams
10. Assess campaign results
11. Plan and host events
12. Present marketing reports.
13. Ensure the target revenue is achieved
