As a Business Development Manager at RBM Wealth Management Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success. We are the only company in India that makes no direct clients 100% of business is driven by Channel partner / Sub Broker. We are not a sales-driven organization. Our only focus is service. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is not only well-versed but also possesses exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with company partners/sub-brokers build a business network and increase sales through a network of sub-brokers/partners.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Identify sales opportunities for unsecured loan products by acquiring new sub-brokers/partners and building new relationships.
2. Generate fresh leads only through partner/sub broker no direct selling.
3. Ability to use all communication platforms effectively like telephone, email, and face-to-face.
4. Must act as a bridge between the company and its Partner / Sub Broker.
5. Develop relationships with bankers, builders, realtors, CA, DSA, and Connectors to impanel them in the company and generate revenue.
6. Explain different products to the partner and generate leads through them.
7. Have interactions with the internal team of various products for the smooth processing of files.
