LogIQids, an IIT-IIM alumni initiative, is an ed-tech venture focused on developing and enhancing important 21st century skills in K-9 children. Started in 2016, the company works with over 2000 schools across India and UAE and is keen to expand its presence across geographies. Unlike several other ed techs, the company is committed to create impact and improve the quality of education at the primary school level. We are looking for ambitious and enthusiastic Business Development Managers to join our team and help us execute our mission faster. The goal is to collaborate with more schools while maintaining strong relationships with the existing ones.
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing end-to-end school accounts which involves:
2. Cold calling schools and setting up meetings
3. Attending meetings
4. Following up with the school and signing them up for LogIQids programs
5. Maintaining strong relations with the schools post closure
6. Working closely with the operations team and schools to ensure smooth execution of the entire program
7. Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
8. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
Skills Required:
A genuine passion for education and helping learners develop logical reasoning skills. Being interested in solving business and customer issues through strong lines of communication and presence of mind. An inherent ability to position, market, and sell an idea or product will be a key skill set.

LogIQids is an online education platform founded by IIT-IIM graduates to develop mental aptitude in kids from Sr KG till class 9. Our gamified worksheets help enhance various critical skill sets like critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity in children.
We also partner with schools to conduct a free-of-cost LogIQids mental aptitude test (LMAT) to help schools and parents monitor children's overall growth and progress. To date, we have partnered with 2000+ schools and impacted 1 million+ students.
