Business Development Trainee Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting in searching and identifying tender float & updating tender databases in the Company's software
2. Approaching various organizations through presenting business proposals
3. Assisting in maintaining relationships with key clients involved in the tender process through calls & meetings
4. Knowing the GEM portal
5. Registering on different government and private tender sites
6. Being cognizant of every marketing initiative and using them to effectively increase pipeline and revenue and work toward corporate objectives
7. Working strategically with the management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
8. Discussing with the management team to decide upon the opportunities
9. Attending meetings with government clients and visiting sites/offices to understand better their business offerings
10. Working with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise

You should have an MBA/B.Tech/B.Com/graduation degree.
